Hey Kabren,

I'm using Firefox 2 beta 5 as it's the default browser for Ubuntu 8.04 (apparently Ubuntu considers the bet5 as very stable for the next 3 years). I'm not so impresed yet by the app. I still found more drawbacks than advantages.

About the bookmark features, ok, starring an URL put it in a hidden folder. Folder you can't access directly from the bookmark menu. You have first to sort all starred URL.

A good thing : typing some words in the url area displays a list of sites you went in the past. I find it way better now.

A strange behavior : click on the RSS icon, displays aa list of feed, but subscribing just displays the feed in FF3.... I still don't find where I subscribed to the file.

A good point : buttons and input in web forms are looking finally good !

iPhone will be able in Switzerland officially too... but there are already a lot of iphones circulating ;)

I'm wondering how services will be here. I mean :
- In France, iphone are sold by Orange.
- In Geneva and around, you have a lot of french people and their iphone.
- Swisscom will be distributing the new iPhone... but not Orange Swiss.

Question : if a french iphone got broken, the european warranty is used. So Orange Swiss should take care of a french iPhone ? For any other devices the warranty is valid across Europe...

I'm still not on Twitter, and I'm glad I'm still not yet after these spam :( (yeah, viva Pownce and Jaiku ;) ).Advertising for free (no cost) product or service are ok, but no paid product.
